Our Story
Our name pays tribute to the Miradores Del Mar, the iconic seaside lookouts that line the Corpus Christi sea wall. These beautiful structures were a gift to the city from the late Dusty Durrill, a visionary philanthropist and founder of the Devary Durrill Foundation. His belief in beautifying and investing in Corpus Christi left a lasting mark on the city’s shoreline and its spirit.
That vision became Mirador Marketing.
Today, that same spirit lives on through his family. Dusty’s granddaughter, Avery Durrill, returned home to lead the marketing efforts across the family’s businesses. Avery brought on Marisol Ramirez, whose marketing career has been dedicated to building brands with purpose and place. This duo sparked the evolution of our in-house marketing team into something bigger: a full-service agency with a mission to serve not just Durrill companies, but the broader community.
